WonderClip×GenTube AI Film Festival

The competition is co-organised by Alibaba Cloud Singapore and GenTube.

• Participants must not be employees or immediate family members of the organising entities.
• Only individual participation is allowed.
• The challenge is open to participants worldwide, subject to review and approval.

Participants must register via the official competition link.

• Participants must use WonderClip to generate or assist in creating their video content.
• The video must be submitted in MP4 format, 16:9 landscape (1920 × 1080), with a duration of 3–5 minutes.
• All AI-generated video content must be created using WonderClip exclusively. Third-party editing tools may be used for post-production, editing, compilation or finalisation, provided the original WonderClip-generated content remains identifiable.
• Participants must upload their final video to GenTube for the entry to be considered valid.

Participants will receive a designated amount of WonderClip credits for use during the competition. If a participant's usage exceeds the allocated credits, they may be required to purchase additional credits at their own expense.

By submitting, participants grant Alibaba Cloud a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, adapt, publish, and distribute the submitted videos for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.

Intellectual property rights remain with the participant, provided there is compliance with Alibaba Cloud's ethical AI usage standards.

Participants may be disqualified for:

• Not using WonderClip
• Submitting plagiarized or inappropriate content
• Violating platform rules or these Terms and Conditions

Submitted videos must not contain:

• Illegal and harmful content: Criminal acts, violence, threats, harassment, fraud, or promotion of illegal activities, substances, or unsafe behaviour.
• Indecent material: Profanity, obscenity, nudity, sexually explicit content, or material that may be deemed inappropriate for general public audiences.
• Sensitive and national topics: Content that references or portrays the Monarchy, government institutions, national symbols, religion, or race in a manner that is inappropriate, misleading, disrespectful, or open to misinterpretation.
• Political neutrality: Political messaging, partisan symbols, endorsements, lobbying, or content that could be perceived as supporting or opposing any political party, ideology, or individual.
• Commercial and promotional content: Unauthorised advertisements, product placements, brand endorsements, or promotional material not officially approved by the organisers.
• Misinformation and misrepresentation: False claims, misleading narratives, manipulated information, or content that may create confusion regarding government policies, initiatives, or official positions.
• Use of government identity: Unauthorized use of government logos, official insignia, uniforms, or representation of government agencies or officers in a misleading or inaccurate manner.
• Intellectual property and privacy: Copyright infringement, use of third-party content without permission, personal data misuse, privacy breaches, or violations of platform community guidelines.
• Public confidence and reputation: Any content that may tarnish, undermine, or negatively impact the reputation, credibility, or public confidence in the organizers, partners, or participating government agencies.

The organizer reserves the absolute right to reject, disqualify, or remove any submission deemed non-compliant or potentially damaging to public confidence and organizational image, without prior notice.

The organizer reserves the right to update the event details and these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on the official competition page.
